Our group training is for all levels, we use exercise variations to adapt it to your level, this way everyone can train together.
Standart class structure:
1-10min, Warm up
10-20min, Handstand
20-45min, Skills
45-65min, Strenght
65-75min, Finisher
*The times are approximate and in some cases the training can be only for strength or only skills.
