You have to do 50 Push-ups a day, 5 days per week (2 days break) How do you have to do the Push-ups? - First set of 20x Push-ups 1 min rest - Second set of 15x Push-ups 1 min rest - Third set of 15x Push-ups This will only take you about 5 minutes of your day. Recommended to do it either in the morning after waking up, or in the evening before showering.
